Features

  • Designed to work with flat coil bags.
  • It perforates the coil bag at the length you need, lowering your stock costs and giving you a professional workflow.
  • For operator safety, the machine cannot be operated with one hand and a single lever, so inexperienced operators cannot leave their hands in the welding area.
  • The top weld is made with a lever system that needs only the push of your little finger. The bottom weld is made by pulling another lever, for synchronised and safe operation.
  • With the digital timer, the operator can follow the temperature setting and the product count. The operator sets the welding for thin or thick bags.

  • Its mobile frame lets you move it around the workshop and saves space.
  • Daily output may vary with the operator’s skill.
  • The biggest advantage of the KMA 12 / AKM: no separate bag stock in your warehouse for each garment length.

Important note

If you need to switch to perforated bags after buying this machine, we planned for this option when designing our machines. So that your machine does not sit idle and you avoid the cost of a new one, we can convert it for a reasonable fee.
