Textile and Garment Packaging Machine
Garment-on-hanger packaging machines for textile and garment manufacturers and pressing-and-packing workshops: the KMA12 industrial series for coil bags; PND07, KRS06, ERS06 and the two-way ÇYM09 for perforated bags.
We build machines that bag hanging garments and seal the bag, ready for shipment, for textile and garment manufacturers and pressing-and-packing workshops. Which series suits you depends on two questions: which bag you use and how many pieces you pack a day.
If you use coil bags: the KMA12 industrial series
The KMA12 series (except the wall-type KMA12/DM) works with flat coil bags; a bag of the required length is made from a single coil, so short and long items are packed from the same coil. Body and cylinder parts are steel. The series packs 2,000–2,500 pieces a day; the actual number depends on the operator.

Floktek’s first series works with perforated roll bags and seals the bottom end of the bag; daily output is 500–2,000 pieces. On the two-way ÇYM09 two people can work at the same time and two different products can be packed on one machine at once. For a wall-type model with perforated bags, see the KMA12/DM.

- Labour savings: saves the work of at least two people compared with packing by hand.
- Safety: on pneumatic models, two-hand control and pedal synchronisation keep the operator’s hands away from the welding area.
- Digital control: temperature, welding time and product counter are set on the digital timer; thin or thick bags both work.
- Ready for conversion: if you need to switch from coil bags to perforated bags, we convert your machine for a reasonable fee.

Frequently asked
How much does a textile packaging machine cost?
The price depends on the series, manual or pneumatic operation, and footed or wall-type choice. Write your daily volume and bag type in the quote form below or call us, and we’ll send you the right model and its price.
Coil bags or perforated bags?
Choose by the bag you use: KMA12 for flat coil bags; PND07, KRS06, ERS06 or ÇYM09 for perforated roll bags. If you change bag type later, a coil-bag machine can be converted to perforated bags.
What does a pneumatic model need?
A compressed air line. We check together at the quotation stage whether your workshop’s air supply is suitable.
What about warranty and service?
All our machines are our own patented design and come with a 3-year warranty. For spare parts, conversion and service you deal directly with the manufacturer.
